About Me

We LOVE getting outside and hiking, climbing, skiing, etc.  After retirement, we wrote a few guidebooks (Highpoint Adventures - out of print; The Essential Guide to Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve; and The Trad Guide to Joshua Tree - 60 favorite climbs from 5.5 to 5.9)

Charlie is an obsessed peak-bagger.  If you've got a peak list, he's probably interested.

Diane likes to play computer geek (she can't quite manage to fully retire) in between outings.  As a hobby, she created the website www.Colorado-for-Free.com which lists hundreds of free things to see and do throughout Colorado.
