I like to bike, I run when my knee lets me, I swim a bit. I like to paddle around the Chain of Lakes and trudge around on snowshoes. I'm very good at enjoying a sauna and I think it should be a sport. I'm going dogsledding in the BWCAW in January!

This picture is of my mother enjoying a sauna at our cabin on Lake Vermillion. A sweaty sauna followed by a plunge in the icy lake is one of the ways I've found to get uncooped.
