- Cook on coals or charcoals
- Use 2 or more layers of tin foil or heavy-duty foil
- Keep the shiny side of the tin foil inside
- Rotate your tin packets often to prevent burning
- Use tongs or heavy leather gloves to pick up hot foil packets, and don’t rip the foil
- After cooking, let dinner set for a few minutes to prevent burnt mouths
