3 degrees, a swimsuit, and (hopefully) a hairy chest.

As an international addition from a post of mine last month regarding odd winter festivals in the U.S., here's something to aspire to. The picture above is from the Water Performance event at the 2008 Cold Water Winter Swimming Championships at the Tooting Bec Lido in London.
