It's called the Skeeter Beater. It allows you to leave your car windows open without offering yourself as a blood sacrifice to the mosquitoes and black flies. I haven't tried it myself, but I think it's a nifty idea. 20 bucks for a set - not bad. Cheaper than a tent, that's for sure.
