It's simple, really. First, move into an apartment located at the top of an ambiguously-purposed outdoor staircase near a surf shop that's tucked away and a little tricky to find. Second, in an effort to disambiguate the purpose of the stairs, post multiple signs that say "No surf shop." Then sit back and wait for the idiots.

This is hilarious. My dad owns a building next to a microbrewery, and one day a woman walked in and asked, "Is this where we get the 'growlers' (large jugs) of beer?"
Nothing on the building says anything remotely about adult malt beverages. Just the proximity causes a major headache.
