There are dozens of websites where clicking a button donates a certain amount of money to charity.

This site has multiple buttons for different environment-related charities, including preserving wildlife, nature reserves, and South American rainforest.

Obviously, you should try to do more for causes you're passionate about. But visiting click-for-charity sites is something quick and easy you can do even on days when you're so busy you can hardly do anything for yourself.
