Cooped Up? Get Uncooped.

Check out this clip of freerunning, sometimes called (in French) "the art of displacement. It's not just a sweet-looking street sport. It's a whole new way of interacting with the built/urban environment - it requires tremendous athleticism and grace, but more significantly it requires a mental shift. You have to completely change your understanding of the functions of such fundamental objects like railings, staircases, and walls.
