Other than overloading a lot of email servers, what effect do you really think this would have?
How about becoming informed about specific "green" issues and writing to your legislators and/or candidates either praising them for the support they are giving to those issues, or providing reasons for them to support the issues, and recommendations for further action?
I doubt that a spam campaign of sending a simplistic slogan indescriminately to a group of politicians will make any difference in their views, other than possibly reinforcing the opinions of some that "environmentalists" are just a bunch of ill-informed nut-cases.
