I liked it. It is not a short movie but seemed to hold my attention throughout. Very nice photography, interesting characters combined with an appropriate soundtrack and filmmaking techniques that work well.
Gets my recommendation.

I saw it. It really was quite good. [I think it'd have been more effective, if it came out ten years ago, as the book did. There have been other films that have explored similar themes.]
But I watched mostly as a cinephile, not an outdoorsperson. Photography was excellent, and the scenery really was breathtaking.
